
Terms of Service
At Prestige WrenchWorks LLC, we value your time and trust. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, we ask that you review and agree to the following booking terms:
1. Deposits
A deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Deposits will be applied toward the final bill once services are completed.
2. Cancellations
All cancellations are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
3. Acts of God & Unforeseen Events
In the event of extreme weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control, Prestige WrenchWorks LLC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments.
Deposits will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment date.
4. Responsibility for Prior Work
Prestige WrenchWorks LLC is not responsible for any previous repairs, modifications, or work performed by other entities.
Additional issues arising from prior work may require separate assessment and repair.
5. Special-Order / Customer-Requested Parts
Prices for special-order or customer-requested parts depend on supplier availability and may change prior to purchase or installation. The final invoice will reflect the actual supplier price at the time of procurement, and I agree to pay any such difference.
6. Agreement
By booking an appointment with Prestige WrenchWorks LLC, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
